Mitchell Holstein leads Evenflow Test & Balance as the company’s designated NEBB Certified Professional. With more than 15 years of supervisory leadership and over 30 years of direct hands-on field experience in the TAB industry, Mitchell oversees all technical operations, field procedures, and report certifications.
Under Mitchell’s direction, Evenflow provides building owners, general contractors, and mechanical engineering teams with uncompromised, unbiased verification that their installed systems meet designed operational parameters.

Our Operating Goal
Our goal is to optimize every air conditioning and hydronic system we encounter. Once an HVAC system has been properly balanced, the building owner receives an energy-efficient operating asset with prolonged equipment lifespan, while occupants enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable indoor climate.
